WHO WE ARE
My name is Francesco Micci and I am the founder of Happy Eater. I am an Umbrian entrepreneur who has been working in the organic farming, food and hospitality sector for over 20 years with my company Il Cantico della Natura ( www.ilcanticodellanatura.it ). Passionate and profound student of food in its various aspects, throughout my life, I have experimented with different types of nutrition and have acquired the certainty both professionally and personally of the importance of correct nutrition and a healthy lifestyle for a stable and lasting health. I haven't taken any type of medication for over 30 years and with age (I'm now 58) my energy increases instead of decreasing, thanks to the lifestyle I've built for myself. At a certain point in my life I decided to convey what I experienced firsthand, to reduce suffering. This is why I decided to create Happy Eater, to give concrete help, to convey my experience to all those interested, to make an authentic and heartfelt contribution to everyone's health! I linked the experience to the consolidated scientific skills of natural nutritionists and the Allergoline analysis laboratory which, through the increasingly well-known principles of Nutracetics and Nutrigenetics, only confirm what I have been experiencing for 30 years. I see many people around me who sometimes suffer, because they don't know small, extremely useful secrets, because they struggle to become aware and take decisive control of their health and their life. With Happy Eater I would like to make my small contribution to having emptier hospitals and happier people!
Michele and I share the same passion: to make people Happy Eaters , to help them lose weight, get back into shape, to take control of their health to live better, starting first and foremost from the relationship with this fundamental element. Food is not simply an essential means of sustenance and one of life's pleasures, it is also a tool for awareness, physical, mental, emotional and social growth and transformation . It acts on our health and that of the ecosystem around us. But food alone is not enough! To achieve complete psychophysical well-being three other aspects are essential: physical exercise, contact with nature and meditation. Man must be understood in his complexity, in his being body, mind and spirit at the same time! It is these three levels that we must nourish, in the direction of happiness, in the direction of becoming a Happy Eater! We need to start... let's start with food.

I developed my knowledge of food "in the field" on the one hand in a literal sense, as an organic producer, owner of an agricultural and hospitality company, but above all as a great lover of food as an element of care, well-being, of joy and pleasure.
I discovered the importance of food for my health in the transition from adolescence to adulthood, when, with a completely unbalanced diet that was impacting my weight and my health, I went in search of a solution, a key to time. At a conference in my native Perugia, I heard a phrase that resonated deeply with me: "if you change the way you eat you can change your life and become a new person"... From there I started and began to consider food the first guardian of my health, to dialogue with my body, to listen to its needs, to experiment and give my life the direction and flavor I wanted. I combined food with constant physical exercise in nature and the daily practice of meditation. I have not taken any type of medicine for over 30 years and I maintain my health and my serenity beyond the bad weather that
they pass through my life like that of all of us. It is thanks to this daily experience, between the awareness of the value of health and the pleasure of eating that I have become a Happy Eater! My desire is to give you the testimony of my experience, combining it with the most modern discovery of nutraceuticals and nutrigenics and to tell you that food, combined with other elements, can be a very powerful tool for healing and happiness at the same time. I have graduated in Biological Sciences since 2006, specializing in Bio-Molecular, with an experimental thesis in Microbiology. In the same year I obtained the qualification to practice as a Biologist. After having worked for about a year in Australia as an analyst in the agri-food sector, in Italy I was involved in food hygiene for many years, working both as a laboratory analyst and as a teacher in training courses for food specialists, also covering the role of Quality Management System Manager.
In 2016 I participated in the Ethiopia project where I carried out technical consultancy and operational training on instrumentation for chemical-physical and microbiological analyzes at ADDIS ABEBA SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY UNIVERSITY (ETHIOPIA). Since 2017 I have been working full-time in human nutrition, helping my patients achieve psychophysical well-being that is based on lifestyle and nutrition. Loving yourself means putting into practice what science teaches us, that is, that the majority of the most serious and disabling diseases can be traced back to lifestyle, and lifestyle also and primarily means nutrition.
In my work I have chosen to give importance to two fundamental aspects concerning health, the intestinal microbiota and epigenetics. Food is one of the main ways in which the environment influences adaptive responses, the
metabolism, the immune system, the brain. Ultimately, the entire physiology of the organism.
