RESERVED AREA - DECALOGUE OF HAPPINESS
Happiness for us is an essential concept , to which we have the right and to which we aspire. Becoming a Happy Eater means sharing our decalogue of happiness , so that together with food, life also becomes joy again:

EACH OF US IS DEEPLY DIFFERENT
Each of us is unique and unrepeatable , and needs food that responds to our specific needs. A standard diet leads us to imagine men as machines , where
diesel or petrol are suitable for all, as they are designed with an engine that has the exact same one
operation. It's a shame that every man is exactly different, and has emotions and needs that are generally the same (everyone has to eat) but if you go into detail, in reality they are all profoundly different.
If we can change our food we can change our life, if we want to change our life we must change our food !
There is no standardized diet that is valid for everyone . Our being as a whole tends to consume the food that represents it in that moment, which is close to its feelings regarding the life it has to face. If you learn to listen to yourself and your body, you will be increasingly able to give it what it needs to stay fit and healthy, and it will increasingly ask you for what keeps it healthy. “To each his own food”, in the sense that there is nothing more personal than tastes and eating habits, unique to each of us and very different from those of others.
If we work in this direction , our body and our being will speak to us , they will ask us, and food will be the answer: we will eat what we are or what we want to become and we will be what we eat in a natural process of continuous exchange. We have to take the
time to do so, we cannot delude ourselves that a diet that is the same for everyone, in all parts of the world, which simply intervenes on your chemical processes, perhaps creating further imbalances, will be able to lead to a stable change. We must first change inside and our body will follow, the outside will be the mirror of the inside and this discovery of ourselves will be a wonderful thing .
WE ARE WONDERFUL BEINGS WORTHY OF RESPECT AND LOVE
The starting point of every significant journey in life is to accept ourselves, to consider ourselves worthy of love, regardless of our weight and our state of health. When we gain weight or lose our health and no longer like ourselves, we tend to alienate ourselves from our body and distance ourselves, so we don't love ourselves and everything becomes more difficult, the dialogue and understanding are interrupted. Love for ourselves and acceptance of discomfort is the first step towards a safe relaunch. The second is to be aware that we can manage to do something new if we want it (it is not an obligation or a request from the outside, we decide it). To date we have not failed, we are
only on the way towards a full dialogue with our body and the power and self-esteem that comes from it. Losing weight and getting healthy is not just losing weight but rediscovering self-love, appreciation, dialogue with our body.
WE ARE NOT A MACHINE AND WE ARE PART OF AN ECOSYSTEM
We are not a machine but a complex balance of body, mind, soul.
We learn to listen to the body and its messages, we activate a dialogue with the "home" of our health. We are not isolated, separate beings, as we often feel, we are complex and interconnected organisms, essential parts of a larger Whole . The food revolution is a missed opportunity to improve our food and our health, because it has distanced us from the principles that have always characterized man's bond with the earth, with his environment, with healthy, natural, unmodified foods , seasonal. In the millenary human evolution, food perhaps more than anything else, has marked the differences between the different areas of the world, between the different cultures, between the different local socio-economic systems, between the different families, between the different individuals.
Despite this, it is one of the areas in which the changes have been strongest and fastest, where massification and standardization have had a more evident effect, where the ability to control and manage reality by small groups has given its most interesting results e
made them accessible in real time to a large number of people. Yet the evolution of the human body has been accompanied by local food , composed, in most areas of the world, of cereals, vegetables and legumes. History quickly archived as something outdated, as something that was previously obligatory due to shortage, "poor" foods symbol of a "sacrifice", no longer necessary in a world of well-being.
And so the once basket composed of just over 15 products has transformed into a basket composed of at least 1500 products
completely different from the originals, before they were fresh and local, now they are preserved, handled, packaged in the most attractive shapes, produced by different brands with different variations and coming from all parts of the world.
We have lost contact with the ecosystem and created global foods and diets, valid for the entire large "planetary market" beyond the very great differences that characterize humanity. It is an essential aspect of our history and our profound constitution that we are called to recover, to respond to our needs and not those of the market.
FOOD IS NOT JUST CHEMISTRY BUT IT IS ABOVE ALL ENERGY
The division of food into categories of chemical elements provides for a mechanical, highly fragmented vision of food and man, while both the productive ecosystem and man are in reality complex and interconnected organisms . Food is not something that is measured only in proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins... which mechanically satisfy our average needs, based on consolidated medical statistics, in relation to standard elements such as age, sex, physical activity ... This mechanical approach does not take into account the qualitative elements which are the most important: food is not just chemistry but above all energy ! Food transmits to the organism the energy that it has accumulated and created in its constitution and maturation process, its life force that is offered to us by nature.
Knowledge of the energetic and qualitative nature of foods allows you to create a completely new, exciting and profound relationship with your food, to enter a previously unknown world, to make a leap in quality. By mixing them in a targeted and conscious way with respect to your needs, you can influence their impact. It's extremely fascinating to reach this level of knowledge and self-awareness , it's similar to the difference you feel between travelling
in a coach with the driver, a journey made up of stages and obligatory stops, as a total spectator, to a journey as an expert driver of an off-road vehicle, in which you can go wherever you want, stop when and how long you want, maintain the speed you want, you love.
And with this new vision , another small "miracle" happens: your body follows you, it gets used to
this new way of being nourished, indulges you, develops its sensitivity and begins to communicate strongly with you and with your whole being:
The messages that the body transmits to you quickly and immediately play an extraordinary role in self-defense , as a sentinel responsible for maintaining well-being and the balance achieved.
On the other hand, when the body is repeatedly abused, the opposite happens. When the bond, the feeling, the body is not created, he does not speak, he does not communicate, the relationship ends, as often happens with a misunderstood friend.
He resigns himself, gets used to it, adapts and tries to resist, to survive, to maintain a balance as long as he can, not without profound suffering, not only physical, up to probable illness.
WE ARE WHAT WE EAT AND WE EAT WHAT WE ARE
We truly are what we eat and we eat just what we are. Food "builds" us every day, and is at the same time the reflection of our physical state, our thoughts and our state of mind. If we are a manager of the dynamic City of London we would need different food than a monk absorbed in meditation on the peaks of the Himalayas. And the food we choose will only reinforce who we are , help us in the task and purpose we have given to our lives.
With the food we ingest we nourish our cells, where all these levels of Being reside, we are our food. Imagine feeding yourself only carrots for a month. What would you become? And what color would your skin turn?
You can say that you truly are what you eat and that you eat just what you are, what you need. Today in the era of the food revolution, dominated by the supermarket and diets, we have moved away from this awareness, we have lost contact with the history of food and with our history. It is essential to resume this profound dialogue, to return to nourishing all levels of your being.
Fitness and health are the same thing and are linked to your ability to take charge of your life, to become the captain of your physical and internal ship.
HEALTH IS BALANCE
When we are unhealthy or overweight, it is a clear sign of an imbalance, not only physical, but also psychological and emotional. It is not enough to act on the surface, to adopt a diet, perhaps an unbalanced one, which sends us into deficiency by adding imbalance to imbalance, with the risk of quickly returning, to compensate for the stress suffered, to the frustrating situation of before. Our body is giving us a clear message that is not at all hostile, on the contrary it is a "positive" signal to tell us that it is now time to take care of ourselves.
IT IS IMPORTANT TO KNOW, CHOOSE, EXPERIMENT
It is important to have our own food culture , which allows us to choose and experiment,
to create the diet suited to our lifestyle, our needs, our food preferences, the real value in finding the right diet is personal and daily experience . In the field of food and diets, the theories and proposals are endless. Nobody actually has the absolute truth, the value is not in the theory but in the experience you can have directly. You have to try, understand and advance to change your lifestyle along with your food. A standardized diet, which acts mechanically and chemically on some elements, does not give you any guarantee of stability, there are no easy ways that work miracles. You cannot delegate your responsibility to others, food is a choice of freedom and not of dependence , of experimentation and not of reliance.
For each of us, health is a personalized journey. Shortcuts create illusions and do not solve the problem. We must take responsibility for managing our health and our food. The body is the mirror of the soul, of the mind, of emotions, only by changing inside can you change outside
CREATE YOUR PERFECT DIET
There are no diets that are suitable for everyone, we must create those that suit our lifestyle and food preferences. We are all different, we have different genetics, different lives, different needs, we live in different places. It is illusory to think of a diet for everyone, you cannot have a pre-established solution but a "compass" to find your own way to food .
We must start from what we are to start a conscious path of freedom of choice and responsibility at the same time. We must start again from the simplest, most obvious things, from some essential points of reference, the fundamentals of nutrition forever.
FOOD MUST REMAIN PLEASURE AND JOY
Food is life, it must remain a pleasure and a joy and not a cure. Healthy but also good food, gray food makes us gray, varied and colorful food makes us joyful.
It takes rigor and commitment to achieve a result, but it must always be combined with pleasure, knowing how to transgress when necessary, knowing how to give yourself cuddles and refreshments.
USING A METHOD IS THE SECRET OF SUCCESS
We do not have a ready solution, a universal magic remedy, but a method , with clear guidelines that everyone must apply in a personalized way on a path destined for success. It is essential to return to nourishing all levels of our being.
