AWARENESS
Take care of yourself, no one can love you more than you, start accepting yourself and loving yourself as you are.
Are you aware of your: UNIQUENESS
You are unique and unrepeatable, and starting from some universal basic principles, you can find your personal nutritional formula. Easy and standardized proposals, designed for everyone, are not valid for you. To each their own food, which means nothing other than, to each their own life, the one you dream of, the one you desire and the one you can truly achieve. Food becomes the mirror of your experience and you are the mirror of the food you eat.
You are aware of your: ACCEPTANCE
You are aware of your value! Every process of lasting change starts from the acceptance of who we are. You are a wonderful person here and now beyond your physical appearance, you are able to live in this world, but you are on a journey and you can and want to improve, you can do what you can't do today if you want it.
You are aware of your: FREEDOM/RESPONSIBILITY
You are aware of your freedom!
You cannot delegate the care of your health to anyone, you are your first doctor and food your first ally. You can use food as your first and fundamental medicine. Experiment and choose, don't be influenced, take the freedom and responsibility for your choice, don't be afraid. No one can tell you what you have to do, offering you miraculous formulas that create addiction and not health. You can take your health into your own hands, experiment and find your own formula.
DECISION
Decide to take charge of your life, and make the changes that your body and your being require of you. You can do it, you just have to decide.
- DIALOGUE
You can decide today to start a dialogue with your body! Have the curiosity and desire to get to know your body, to get in tune with it, to listen to it, to become its true confidant, its true friend.
- VISION
You can decide to create your own personal vision! Being able to decide to change our relationship with food means being able to dominate an essential part of us. It also has a great symbolic meaning, changing food is an excellent starting point to change the rest too. It's a gym, a test, a journey of tension that creates self-esteem, that shows you that you can do it. The resulting results give you even more strength to continue to persevere and, why not, to grow. The pleasure of a healthy life, of a balance that positively impacts your entire existence, is much broader and more important than immediate pleasure, it is a different vision of you.
- DECISION
Decide to have faith in you! If you want to lose weight and be healthy you have to decide. It means having a clear picture of what you want to become and pursuing it. You may have to abandon some beliefs, change certain habits, but the moment you decide to do so, the process of change is already underway.
ACTION
Your decision must be transformed into action. Start changing your diet and your life now!
- ACTIVATION
Start, experiment, every important journey begins with a small step. What you feel you can do is what you have to do, the road will then be the right one.
- CHANGE
If you want to change your body and your health you have to change inside, mind and body act together, only in this way will the change be lasting.
To take control of your health you must begin a journey that is divided into three essential stages:
TAKE CARE OF YOU
accepted and loved for who you are, no one can love you more than you, change starts from acceptance (activate your heart)
DECIDE TO CHANGE
to give the direction you want to your life, deciding means starting (activate your mind). Dream, start imagining what you will be like soon, what the best of you will be like, savor those positive sensations... you are already on the path, you are already partly a new person (activate your soul)
COLLECT YOUR ENERGY AND ACT
you know you can do it. Up to now you have not failed, you are just on the path in dialogue with your body (activate your stomach)
We are all different, we have different genetics, different needs, different lifestyles, we live in different places. It is illusory to think of a diet for everyone, of a pre-established solution. Instead, it makes sense to think of a "compass", a method for finding your own personal path to food and health. Food is an instrument, starting from the mother's breast, essential for "building" our body every day, but also for giving direction to our life, starting a conscious path of freedom of choice and responsibility for what we eat. Alongside correct nutrition, physical exercise, contact with nature and the use of simple meditation practices become the tools for creating a routine of serenity and happiness.
This is a very simple daily practice that occurs simultaneously:
On the mind to strengthen the process of awareness, of initiating change, which leads to weight loss and recovery of health, which only an internal evolution is able to make stable.
On the body with an approach to food which, based on simple guidelines relating to the 5 fundamentals of food as inspiring principles, you will create, through experimentation and customization and the constant support of our nutritionists.
HAPPY EATER is not a standardized diet, a "pill" that solves everything, it is a path that allows you to lose weight and get back to health quickly if applied correctly. The moment you change your life changes too! You are the actor in the film of your life, no one else can be in your place! There is no need to rush, it means starting a new journey of knowledge and dialogue with your body and with your being, it takes time, and everyone takes their own, there are those who advance faster and those who move slower. We want to intervene in a stable way on our vision of ourselves and on our eating habits, so that every change is the result not of a separation, of a disintegration, but of union, of an integration between mind and body. We will not only be slim and healthy, but we will be our new and best version of ourselves.
You are a wonderful person, capable of living a full life even if overweight or in precarious health at the moment. The first step is to accept who you are and love yourself deeply. Life is a journey to which we can give the direction we want, push away what causes us suffering today, learn new things and evolve. Start immediately to imagine yourself and feel like a new, agile and healthy person, start acting as if it were already like that, it's the first step to get there. By starting to change your way of thinking and your way of eating, the two will advance together, reinforcing each other, and then you will be invincible!
The food revolution has distanced us from our bodies and from the food that has nourished us for centuries, with due differences from area to area. We must simply return to the origins with a new awareness. It won't be complex, it will be a process. You will begin to favor long-term pleasure over short-term pleasure (often supported by emotional drives and shortcomings). The freer you are, the stronger you will be, choice will replace renunciation, your body will decide and not your food.

NUTRITION
Our lifestyle is increasingly characterized by a lack of physical movement, combined with the adoption of a high-calorie diet rich in industrially processed foods and foods of animal origin, and poor in plant elements such as vegetables, legumes and whole grains. This combination, combined with the lack of a food culture focused on health, is the basis of obesity and a set of increasingly widespread chronic pathologies, such as cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, tumors and senile dementia. An ever-increasing number of studies demonstrate that a healthy lifestyle could prevent many of these diseases much more than the technology and mass medicalisation that is underway, guaranteeing an easing of the pressure on the healthcare system (and the resulting costs ) and a significantly better state of collective health and happiness. Some basic principles are now common heritage, and the same official bodies of the world medical system have now made them their own in their recommendations, as elements capable of giving significant support in the prevention of various diseases and in the direction of health:
Consume plenty of whole grains, legumes, vegetables and fruit including oil seeds (almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, pistachios).
Limit high-calorie foods (rich in sugar and fat). Many industrial foods such as snacks, sweets and baked goods are high-calorie
Avoid sugary drinks which also include fruit juices and yogurt
Limit the use of dairy products and derivative products
Avoid processed meats which include cured meats, sausages, sausages, hamburgers and canned meats.
Limit red meat (beef, pork, sheep, horse)
Limit foods high in salt. Salt consumption should be less than 5 grams per day.
WATER: water deserves special attention, an essential element to say the least. We are made up of 70% water so the quality, quantity and timing of our good become essential. It is not only necessary to drink often and abundantly but also choosing quality water is essential.
These are generic recommendations which already give a clear idea of how the Happy Eater Method is perfectly in line with the evolution underway by the same scientific circles regarding the importance and impact of nutrition on health. The Happy Eater method sees nutrition as the starting point for taking control of your life and health, if you can change your food you can change your life!
PHYSICAL EXERCISE
Our body structure and our genes have been programmed to function best and maintain health in the presence of constant and regular physical activity, an essential component of the daily routine. Physical activity has played an essential role in the evolutionary history of Homo Sapiens. Our ancestors had to walk or run to get food or escape from dangerous animals, they had to work the land with rudimentary means, raise livestock, lift and carry heavy objects, build houses or tools without the aid of modern machines. It is only in recent decades that daily physical activity has stopped for many and the possibility of surviving without doing any or limited activity has opened up. But our genes have been programmed to maintain constant and regular physical activity, and it is no coincidence that this allows us to lengthen and improve the quality of life. Each of us can find the right balance between different types of physical activity, whether aerobic (such as running or walking in nature), isometric (such as working with small weights or elastic bands) or flexible (such as stretching or yoga). In recent decades, scientific data has clearly demonstrated that physical exercise plays a fundamental role in promoting health from various points of view, such as maintaining an ideal body weight, preventing the accumulation of abdominal fat and diabetes, prevent osteoporosis and reduction of muscle mass, prevent many other chronic diseases associated with aging, such as cardiovascular disease and cancer. In relation to your age, possible pathologies, your state of fitness, physical exercise must be carefully calibrated so that it is effective and not counterproductive. By experimenting you can find the right balance, and the targeted advice of a personal trainer with a holistic vision and approach can be of great help in defining a personalized program towards optimal shape.
CONTACT WITH NATURE
Nature represents an essential point of reference. With respect to nature it is important to be aware of two elements:
1) we human beings are on earth for a limited period and then we pass away, nature has its own strong permanence, it is the true "master" of this earth. How many human lives has that centuries-old tree seen pass by? 2) At the same time we are part of nature. We are living organisms that like many others live and breathe in the great ecosystem of the earth. We and nature are not separate, we are the same thing. It is an easy concept, which even children know but which is often experienced as a sort of intellectual knowledge and not as a profound awareness which can only be reached through common experience, through immersion in nature, its understanding. The perception of nature as something separate, different from us has led us to make it ill, to consider it a simple resource to be exploited and now its malaise can only turn against us for the simple fact that we are part of it, we are a all one. Understanding it fully with every cell of our body, not just with mind and knowledge, allows us to feel its breath, to commune with its energy and strength, and to enjoy the great benefits that come from it. You've probably gone for a walk with your mind immersed in a tangle of thoughts and emotions, only to notice that as you walk and delve into nature, your mind becomes lighter and brighter, your thoughts and anxieties calm down. . Reality hasn't changed at all but our perception has changed. Nature is our friend, it does not judge us, it accepts us and welcomes us as we are, it is a warm refuge on which we can count to stop and rest when things get difficult, it is a loving presence that gives us hope and courage, with its being, its quiet and its luxuriance at the same time. We have probably all experienced the sensation of feeling comforted by sitting under a warm sun on a spring day, lying on the grass or walking on a forest path, listening to the birds singing, or looking at the open sea with its breeze, or losing ourselves in the shining of the firmament in the darkness. There are now numerous studies relating to the beneficial effects of contact with nature on health from different points of view: the presence of stress hormones such as cortisol is reduced, the level of energy and concentration increases, blood pressure and mental states are lowered. of depression and anxiety, the action of the parasympathetic system is activated. Woody plants, in particular conifers, emit so-called phytocides which have a positive effect on strengthening our immune system, the plants are also surrounded by bacteria, some of which, such as Mycobacterium Vaccae, stimulate the production of serotonin, which positively influences the moods, memory, sleep and digestion.
We are energy and nature is its source, not only for our body, through the food it gives us, but also for our soul through the peace, beauty and inspiration it transmits to us. We have physical parents who gave birth to us and raised us, but also cosmic parents who accompanied our entire life process, such as the food and water that enter our body and are the energy we take from the earth and the air and the sun which are the energy we take from the sky. Cosmic parents give energy and unconditional love, without asking us for anything in return, what they ask us is to respect balance, to live in harmony with other beings. Nature does not speak, it shows us things as they are, it is our teacher and holds immutable truths, it is the guardian of wisdom and life principles that remain firm beyond the storms that shake our daily lives. We come from nature and we will return to it, nature is the greatest expression of the common Being of which everything is part. It is essential to seek an authentic daily experience in nature, calling together all the senses, looking, smelling, listening, touching... all of this will have a greater and more unexpected impact the deeper the contact.
THE CARE OF THE SOUL
It is scientifically proven that meditation brings important benefits on a physiological and mental level, it is the daily nourishment of our spiritual level. Meditation can be learned and practiced independently, but particularly for those who are new to the subject, targeted consultancy to understand its value and possible techniques can be of great help.
Various studies suggest that people who are calm, cheerful, optimistic, happy, self-confident and satisfied with life are healthier and live longer than those who are stressed, depressed, angry and isolated. Meditation and some breathing techniques practiced for millennia in the East are emerging as powerful interventions, capable of modulating various metabolic and molecular mechanisms implicated in the biology of aging and in the pathogenesis of many diseases. Some studies have shown, for example, that with meditation and some particular breathing techniques it is possible to inhibit the sympathetic system and activate the parasympathetic one. Furthermore, over time, people who meditate regularly acquire a great capacity for introspection, awareness and control of emotions which reflects an optimal integration of affective and cognitive processes. Meditation allows us to improve our ability to observe and fully enjoy the experiences that life gives us, increasing our emotional and intuitive intelligence. We are convinced that the main purpose of every human being's life must be to achieve happiness, overcoming the suffering inflicted by physical, mental and moral illnesses. To achieve true and lasting happiness (and not just the transitory and ephemeral one given by material pleasures) we must keep ourselves healthy and transform our mind by cultivating our emotional, intuitive and creative intelligence, compassion, patience and wisdom through meditation. .
