Promoting a genetically compatible diet from an early age means preventing a whole series of situations that could affect one's health in the future. Adopting targeted changes in the diet of children and adolescents will allow us to keep under control the expression of innate predispositions, written in our DNA, and carry out prevention in a targeted, selective and long-lasting manner. The panel involves screening for two intolerances of genetic origin: lactose intolerance and predisposition to celiac disease. Polymorphisms indicative of predisposition towards the most common conditions that can be corrected through appropriate use of foods are also analysed.
